8.1. The training officer must fulfil his duties and responsibilities as set out in Annexure 3 of these
Regulations.
8.2. Failure by a training officer to perform the duties and responsibilities as set out in these Regulations is
considered to be punishable conduct and will be dealt with in terms of the SAICA By-laws.
